We are hiring a POD (Proof of Delivery) Processor to join our team. This role involves reviewing, organizing, and processing delivery documents to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Encode and update delivery information using Excel
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data completeness
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document discrepancies
Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- No work experience required (training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
