PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE

The Accounting Staff is responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, assists with recordkeeping, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Education : Graduate of BS Accountancy

Graduate Studies : N/A

Licensure Examinations : N/A

General Skills :

o At least 1 year of Accounting/Finance experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

o Knowledgeable in MS Offices

o Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

o Good communication and interpersonal skills

o Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

o Strong communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Assist in the preparation of vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Encode accounting data into the company's system for monitoring and reporting.
  • Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including follow-ups and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and schedules as required.
  • Maintain organized filing of accounting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor and replenish petty cash fund, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances when necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Perform other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
