Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to join our team at Nittan Capital Finance Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department by performing essential tasks related to financial record-keeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of financial documents.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in an accounting role is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City.
