Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Maintain and organize financial documents and records

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Assist in audits and compliance reporting

Perform other related administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or Non-CPA will do

At least have relevant accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity

Good communication and interpersonal skills
