Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

● Record and maintain financial transactions in the company's accounting system.

● Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.

● Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.

● Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

● Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules.

● Ensure compliance with accounting policies and relevant government regulations.

● Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.

● Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

● Knowledge in general accounting principles and bookkeeping.

● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting software is an advantage.

● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
