Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue client billings and statements of account.
  • Handle assigned client accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor collections and update client ledgers.
  • Process disbursements, reimbursements, and payroll-related entries.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and BIR compliance.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and administrative staff on client billing and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting experience (experience in a law firm or service-oriented company is an advantage).
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
