Role Description

  • As a HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in overseeing and implementing key HR functions for our stores.
  • This includes talent acquisition, timekeeping, employee relation, and engagement.
  • You will ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and consistently uphold the organization's values. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling People responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Your role involves developing high-performing employees through decision-making, training, and employee recognition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources, particularly in employee lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
