Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is growing fast—and we're looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our Cebu team. With 300+ employees serving U.S.-based clients, we need someone who can manage core HR operations and ensure compliance in a dynamic BPO environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, compensation & benefits, HRIS updates, and offboarding
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain organized HR documentation and employee records
  • Support performance management and assist in learning & development programs
  • Provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (BPO/outsourcing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws & HR operations
  • Excellent English communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
