Summary of the role

This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction across our clinics. This role partners with clinic leaders to identify performance gaps, create impactful learning solutions, and foster a culture of excellence among healthcare professionals and frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Build programs that improve service delivery and patient satisfaction

· Collaborate with clinic leaders to address gaps and create impactful learning solutions

· Facilitate in-person and virtual training for nurses, doctors, and frontliners

· Use simulations, role-plays, and real-life cases to make learning stick

· Immerse new hires in our service culture and standards

· Provide ongoing refreshers and microlearning content

· Conduct audits and coach underperformers with clinic leaders

· Introduce new ideas—hospitality-inspired modules, journey mapping, and best practices

Must-have Skills/Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Education, or related field (Master's a plus).

· 3 years' experience in training, or service quality—preferably in healthcare or customer-facing industries

· Strong facilitation skills with both in-person and virtual audiences

· Excellent communication and coaching abilities

· Skilled in designing engaging training content (PowerPoint, e-learning tools)

· Familiarity with patient care operations and service excellence principles
