We're Hiring: Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Clinical Operations Director to lead our clinical operations team in driving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking to enhance our services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Location: Makati, Philippines

Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

Role: Clinical Operations Director

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve service delivery

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical operations team

What We're Looking For:

Must hold an active, unrestricted Doctor of Medicine Licensure in the Philippines

Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations gained from a BPO (specialization in Utilization Management/Case Management, and other clinical decision-making processes required)

3 years Clinical Experience from Hospital or Clinics - on either Surgery, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics tracking

Open to work at night schedule
