CLINIC ADMISTRATOR

About the role

We are seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our Kaiser Medical Center team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. As the Clinic Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and business functions to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee all administrative operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budget management
2. Serve as the main point of contact for patients, coordinating their care and addressing any inquiries or concerns
3. Liaise with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal delivery of care
4. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Oversee the clinic's financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and revenue management
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
7. Continuously look for ways to improve the patient experience and the overall efficiency of the clinic

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinic Administrator or in a similar healthcare management role
2. Strong knowledge of medical practice management, including billing, coding, and regulatory compliance
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders
4. Proficient in using various healthcare management software and technologies
5. A proven track record of improving operational efficiency and enhancing the patient experience
6. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
7. Certification or training in medical practice management is preferred
