Job Description:

  • Requires 100% Sales achievements.
  • Creates a culture and a team that works together to achieve the desired result.
  • Develops innovative ideas to drive the company's sales growth through the use of e-commerce platforms, the company website, and other social media channels.
  • Implements and executes sales action plans and strategies that are sustainable and beneficial to the company.
  • Manages, utilizes, and leads the sales and marketing department to achieve the approved monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Recommends and sets annual sales targets for approval of the executive department.
  • Analyzes work performance of PR Officer, PR Associate, E-commerce Officer, Digital Marketing Officer, Creative Specialist and Live Seller to guide and lead them in achieving the sales target and task set by the company.
  • Manages and utilizes affiliates and KOLs, oversees the onboarding process, and sets performance metrics to help the e-commerce platform generate sales.
  • Provide the marketing team, affiliates, and KOLs with ideas for social media campaigns that need to be done to create a trending content.
  • Work with and do fieldwork if necessary to resolve issues and concerns proactively.
  • Ensures and strictly enforces the policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes product sales output and recommends plans and strategies.
  • Plans, mobilizes and manages resources to conduct or create brand equity.
  • Monitors competition and other external factors to identify appropriate strategies to mitigate threats and capture opportunities for growth and improvements.
  • Utilizes the Marketing team to establish a strong social media presence and create marketing campaigns that generate sales and build brand equity across online and offline platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Marketing or any business course.
  • At least 3-4years proven experience in digital marketing / brand strategy marketing management
  • With background in Beauty products / Cosmetics or related fields
  • Strong background in social audit
  • Very creative in marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Has a deep experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns
  • Knowledgeable, Innovative / adaptive to the latest marketing trends
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong project management skills to motivate and boost efficiency of the S&M team.
