Job Summary

We're looking for someone who can lead and grow our online sales through e-commerce and social media. You'll manage a team, create smart plans, and help make our brand more popular on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.

Job Description:

  • Build a team that works well together and hits sales goals
  • Think of new ways to increase sales using online stores, our website, and social media
  • Make and follow sales plans that help the company grow
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to reach monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Suggest yearly sales goals for management to approve
  • Check the work of team members like PR staff, online sellers, and marketing officers to guide them in reaching their goals
  • Work with influencers (KOLs) and online partners to help boost sales
  • Give ideas for social media posts that can go viral and attract buyers
  • Help solve problems in the field when needed
  • Make sure company rules are followed
  • Study which products sell well and suggest ways to improve
  • Use company resources to build a strong brand
  • Watch what competitors are doing and find ways to stay ahead
  • Use the marketing team to create strong online campaigns that bring in sales
  • Run ads and promotions on Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Use BigSeller or similar tools to manage orders, inventory, and product listings
  • Check ad performance, adjust settings, and improve results based on data

Job Requirements:

  • College graduate in Marketing or any business-related course
  • 3–4 years experience in online marketing or brand promotion
  • Experience in beauty or cosmetics is a plus
  • Knows how to check social media performance
  • Creative in making marketing ideas
  • Good at leading and managing a team
  • Has experience in planning and running marketing campaigns
  • Keeps up with new trends in marketing
  • Good at speaking and writing
  • Can manage projects and help the team work better
  • Knows how to use Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Ads
  • Familiar with BigSeller or similar e-commerce tools for managing online stores
  • Understands how online ads and platforms work, and can improve them to get more sales
  • Knows how to use platform tools, vouchers, and promotions to attract buyers
