SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and assessing technical capabilities. Effective communication skills, a knack for identifying and attracting top talent, and the ability to liaise effectively with candidates and hiring managers are key to success in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, networking events, and social media.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and compatibility with the organization.
  • Review candidates' resumes and technical qualifications to determine their fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the specific technical skills and qualifications required for open roles.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to chosen candidates.
  • Maintain and update the organization's recruitment database and tracking systems regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in HR, preferably in the outsourcing, head-hunting, or MSP industry.
  • Familiarity with various technical roles and requisite skills.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing methods and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidate's technical skills effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
