About Kalutasan

Kalutasan partners with U.S.-based MSPs to deliver high-performing Filipino technical talent. Founded by former MSP owners with 25+ years of experience, we know exactly what makes (or breaks) a technical hire.


The Role

You will recruit MSP engineers (L1–L3 and beyond) and hunt for talent, not wait for applicants.

You will:

  • Source, connect, and build relationships with engineers via LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, and outreach
  • Accurately assess technical depth and MSP readiness
  • Protect clients from bad hires and candidates from bad placements
  • Work directly with Kalutasan ownership as we scale

Technical Screening (Non-Negotiable)

You must be able to confidently evaluate:

  • Troubleshooting logic and problem-solving
  • Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing)
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Group Policy, Conditional Access, MFA
  • VPNs and MSP service desk workflows
  • PSA and RMM tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto, NinjaOne, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (MSP or IT staffing preferred)
  • Prior hands-on technical experience (service desk, NOC, sysadmin, engineer)
  • Deep understanding of MSP tools, pressure, and workflows
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours

If you've never been technical, this role will be very difficult.
