We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help deliver top technical talent to our clients. This role focuses on full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for IT, software engineering, and other technology-focused positions.
This position is ideal for a recruiter with 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT talent acquisition, who is comfortable proactive sourcing, consultative conversations, and client-facing engagements. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles while leveraging modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
Responsibilities- Technical Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and build pipelines of candidates for software engineering, IT, and other technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Outbound Candidate Outreach: Conduct personalized and persuasive messaging to attract highly skilled technical talent.
- Resume Review & Screening: Assess technical skills, experience, and motivation through screening calls and evaluations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized candidate pipelines for multiple open technical positions to ensure steady talent flow.
- Client & Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand technical requirements and provide consultative guidance on candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule technical interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
- ATS & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse or similar ATS, and provide recruitment metrics and insights.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements for sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, and recruitment workflow.
- Experience: 3+ years in technical recruiting, IT talent acquisition, or technology-focused sourcing roles.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical roles, programming languages, software development life cycles, and IT job requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging both candidates and clients.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or other technical sourcing platforms.
- Relationship Management: Ability to influence, persuade, and build strong professional relationships.
- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles and pipelines.
- Technology & ATS: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting tools.
