The TikTok Live Seller is responsible for hosting live selling sessions on TikTok Shop and other digital platforms of My Uniware Collections Inc. The role requires engaging presentation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to attract, entertain, and convert viewers into buyers through live, interactive broadcasts.

The Live Seller acts as the company's on-screen representative, ensuring that all live sessions reflect the brand's standards of professionalism, consistency, and customer engagement. This includes presenting products under the Home and Living category, answering customer inquiries in real time, promoting featured and new items, and contributing to the overall success of the company's online sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Hosting and Selling
  • Conduct live selling sessions according to the approved schedule.
  • Showcase and demonstrate products clearly, highlighting their features, functions, and benefits.
  • Engage with audiences through interactive discussions, Q&A, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain an energetic, confident, and friendly attitude throughout the live.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation
  • Study and familiarize all product details, prices, and promotions before each live session.
  • Follow approved selling scripts or talking points while adapting naturally to audience engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy in all product information shared on live.
  • Customer Interaction
  • Respond to viewer questions and comments in real time with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Encourage customers to place orders or check out during the live.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere to build customer loyalty.
  • Coordination and Reporting
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Inventory Teams before and after each live.
  • Submit daily and weekly live performance reports (sales, number of viewers, and engagement rates).
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for content improvement and promotional strategies.
  • Compliance and Professional Conduct
  • Follow My Uniware Collections Inc.'s company policies, dress code, and behavioral standards.
  • Comply with TikTok Shop rules, community guidelines, and brand restrictions.
  • Avoid any language, gestures, or actions that could harm the company's reputation.

  • Consistent Live Schedule Compliance
  • Attendance and punctuality in all assigned live selling slots.
  • Sales Performance Targets
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales and engagement goals set by management.
  • Quality Presentation and Engagement
  • Maintain a high level of energy, clarity, and enthusiasm throughout each live session.
  • Ensure professional appearance and setup during broadcasts (lighting, camera, background).
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Submit complete post-live reports within the designated time frame.
  • Record and summarize viewer feedback or live issues encountered for improvement.
  • Adherence to Brand and Platform Policies
  • Ensure every live session aligns with company image, content guidelines, and TikTok policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
