Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Webinar Promoter to help increase attendance and engagement for our live and on-demand webinars. This role involves promoting upcoming webinars, boosting attendance through digital channels, and coordinating with our marketing team to track performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote upcoming webinars across social media platforms, email campaigns, and partner networks.
  • Engage with online audiences to increase registration and attendance rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and promotional timing.
  • Track metrics such as clicks, sign-ups, and engagement to optimize future promotions.
  • Assist in post-webinar follow-up campaigns and audience nurturing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media promotion, or webinar/event promotion.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Basic understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or Google Ads is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • Must have an active Upwork account to receive payments for this role.
