Job Overview:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (SMP) to support our Australian operations. This role is crucial in preparing accurate work orders for maintenance activities, with a strong emphasis on oil & gas facility experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive maintenance requests from the Lead Resource Estimator in Perth, Australia.
  • Estimate labour, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
  • Source and obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers.
  • Define job steps and prepare detailed work packs for execution.
  • Review and mark-up engineering drawings (P&IDs, Isometrics, Data Sheets).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders to support site operations.
  • Raise engineering queries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven maintenance/operational experience or related field in onsite oil & gas facilities (piping, valves, inline and static equipment).
  • Strong skills in estimating labour, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Advantageous: Shell ROSER training and knowledge of scaffolding, blasting, or painting operations.
  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
