Job Overview:Are you a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator ready to lead a high-performing remote team and contribute to world-class engineering projects? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Manila-based remote team supporting IKAD Engineering—a leading engineering and fabrication company in Australia.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day estimating operations, lead a team of estimators, and ensure every tender is completed with precision, compliance, and speed. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small Manila-based remote estimating team. Review tender documents and prepare detailed cost estimates.

Analyze subcontractor pricing and perform comparative assessments. Assist in preparing budgets, cost plans, and reviewing head contracts. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure pricing accuracy.

Conduct team performance reviews and promote continuous improvement. Maintain clear and accurate estimation records aligned with company standards. Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings and material take-offs (MTOs).

Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions. What We're Looking

For:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably within fabrication, construction, or engineering industries. Strong background in cost estimation, contract review, and budget development.

Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Australian and international industry codes. Technical proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Plate 'n' Sheet V4 (flat pattern development), Adobe Acrobat,Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) and familiarity with estimation software and structured document management systemsExcellent written and verbal English communication.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracyMust be willing to work full-time in the office located in Arcovia City, Brgy.
