The Quantity Surveyor Team is responsible for ocular, design, layout and estimation of CCTV, EAS or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and provide quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

The Quantity Surveyor Team Lead will be responsible in handling the team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of QS experience
  • Knowledge in ELV Systems isrequired
  • Technically proficient in cost estimate of projects
  • With Knowledge in design/lay-out plotting of various equipment
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and manual layout
  • Excellent leadership skill
  • People oriented and well organized
  • Well versed in oral and written English and with commendable interpersonal/PR skills
  • Willing to do ocular visits even in out of town areas
  • Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
