QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • Must be Licensed Civil Engineering
  • With at least 1 year of work related experience
  • Willing to work in Pasig

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares Bill of Quantities and BIl of Materials and Quantity Take-off.
  • Prepare Budgetary Cost Estimates both for new and renovations. Consolidates, estimates from sanitary, electrical, and mechanical trade.
  • Construct Pre-Bidding/ tender bid documents/ translates/ evaluates and recommend award to winning bidder.
  • Prepares schedule of works / Bar chart for all on going projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor preparation of contract / Purchase orders and Requisition slips for all construction projects.
  • Weekly update the management on all-going projects. Prepares report on the status of work and actual costing versus budget.
  • Evaluate all quotations submitted and prepare bid evaluation.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
