Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support IT and business teams in delivering system enhancements and process improvements. The role involves requirement gathering, project coordination, and solution implementation, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that project outcomes align with organizational goals.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of impactful solutions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to bridge communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate project delivery timelines and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensure that implemented solutions align with business objectives, meet quality standards, and adhere to IT security policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of business needs and effectively communicating them to relevant teams.
  • Implementation & Monitoring: Oversee solution rollout, assist in QA and deployment phases, and monitor performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Incident Management: Provide status updates for escalated production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a finance, technology, or enterprise systems environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 (CRM), SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience with Agile, ITIL, or similar IT frameworks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit is a plus.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the IT Project Manager or Department Head.
  • Works closely with cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and projects.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php140,000.00 per month
