RPA Developer

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of RPA robots, from design and coding to testing and deployment. You'll play a key part in a dynamic team, helping to build and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Maintenance: Design, code, test, and deploy RPA robots. This includes researching, documenting, and modifying automated processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Analyze and resolve robot errors promptly and accurately. Provide regular status reports to the team and management.
  • Collaboration & Planning: Partner with other developers to conceptualize and build new robots. Assist in gathering requirements, developing business cases, and estimating effort for new projects and enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify technological pain points for users and create proof-of-concept solutions that align with their needs.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct performance tests on new and existing robots to correct errors, debug, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze test results and deliver effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals and technical guidelines.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in robotic process automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying RPA to complex business requirements.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and AI Builder.
  • Experience building automation using Azure platforms and integrating with AI/ML models, Power Platform solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dataverse, Power BI), and various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, network folders).
  • Proficiency in Python, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with database modeling for automation (RDBMS or open-source databases).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 and VB macros is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Certifications (Optional but a plus):
  • Microsoft PL500, PL900.
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced/Master RPA Professional.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
