Qualifications

  • Native or non-native Vietnamese speaker with excellent English skills.
  • At least 2 years in college (required).
  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience as a TSR or IT Help Desk specialist.
  • Amenable to onsite work in Taguig.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical and hardware/software support inquiries in Vietnamese and English.
  • Troubleshoot issues via call or chat with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex cases and document solutions properly.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php95, Php100,000.00 per month
