Bilingual Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Technical Support Representative (SPE Level) to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues. This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in technical support or IT helpdesk, excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat in both Vietnamese and English.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and effective service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college education completed.
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience, preferably in a Technical Support or IT Helpdesk role.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong technical knowledge in computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Amenable to a shifting schedule.
- Must be able to start by November 25, 2025.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
