We're looking for a dedicated French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist our client, who operates across Canada. This role provides front-line support for restaurant clients when their systems are not functioning properly. If you're bilingual, tech-savvy, and have help-desk experience, we want to hear from you


About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our restaurant clients. This position requires fluent French communication, as English-only staff are already in place. You will triage system issues, provide immediate assistance, and escalate when necessary.

You'll begin as the primary agent for French-speaking support, with the opportunity for the role to scale based on performance.


Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from restaurant clients across Canada (including Quebec).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in French (English proficiency required).
  • Provide front-line customer service and basic help-desk support.
  • Assist clients when systems or equipment are not functioning.
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Document interactions and follow established processes.

Schedule
  • 4–6 hours per day
  • Up to 30 hours per week
  • Start with 1 agent, with potential for expansion based on performance and demand.

Required Experience
  • Proven experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Front-Line CSR roles.
  • Familiarity with Connect Lines systems.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Basic networking or troubleshooting skills (preferred).
  • Fluency in French required; English bilingual capability strongly preferred.
