Warehouse Administrator
, you'll provide vital administrative support to the warehouse team—handling data entry, customer communications, shipment tracking, and coordinating with unpacking crews to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Respond to customer emails regarding shipments and unpacking lists
  • Perform accurate data entry for receipts and orders in warehouse systems
  • Assist customers with placing orders on the system
  • Track container arrivals and coordinate with unpacking crews
  • Prepare and distribute inventory documentation (item descriptions, locations, and quantities)
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams about delivery schedules and updates
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on warehouse activities

What We're Looking For

  • Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Preferably with a background or understanding in Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations Management
  • Detail-oriented, with high accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal), confident in handling professional interactions
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate with a valid passport (preferred, for training purposes)
