- Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment documentation.
- Support contract monitoring and updating to ensure all supplier agreements are current, properly documented, and aligned with company policies.
- Track and monitor contract expiration dates and facilitate renewals or revisions as required.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval procedures, and documentation standards.
- Assist in vendor accreditation and renewal processes.
- Prepare procurement-related reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
