  • Infrastructure management: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Technical support: Provide and coordinate technical support for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the timely resolution of incidents.
  • System monitoring and performance: Monitor system performance, diagnose and fix problems, and ensure the reliability and efficiency
  • Data security and compliance: Implement and enforce data security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect against threats and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Project management: Manage and implement projects, such as system upgrades and new installations, and contribute to the development strategies.
  • Process and policy development: Develop and improve policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and procurement: Assist with budgeting and manage the procurement of hardware and software.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes, and provide regular activity and performance reports.

  • Experience with project management and risk assessment
  • With experience in structure cabling (UTP Cables and piping)
