Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within our target industries (mining, pharmaceuticals, food, agriculture, and pyrotechnics).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the logistics, importation, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned territories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
