Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in agriculture or fertilizers is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and market trends is an advantage.
