Position: Corporate Office Receptionist
Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Corporate office. The role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate must be presentable, service-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to handle confidential information professionallyq
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and ensure they are assisted properly
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Handle document receiving, routing, and filing
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Monitor and manage office supplies at the front desk
