Jr. Loan Processor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists and entertains inquiries about services offered more specifically on loan applications and requirements.
• Application Form and checklist of loan requirements.
• Completes loan contracts and ensures clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements. Ensures correctness of details of
• issued post-dated checks from alteration.
• Gathers and safe keeps all loan documents and requirements submitted by the client.
• Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Accomplishment Reports.
• Cultivates trustworthy referral networks, suggests alternate channels and cross-sells products and services.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics,
• Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.
• Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Moderate
• Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
• Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
• Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
