  • Handling of customers and receptionist inquiries on smartphone repair concerns.
  • Guide receptionist in advising possible risks.
  • Determine the maintenance type of the unit.
  • Request for materials needed and sign on the general form, confirm the inventory of the bad parts.
  • Conduct repairs according to proper guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the encoded information, material used, and maintenance type.
  • Inspect the units and accessories for replacement and fill out the replacement form.
  • Install tools and equipment provided by the company.
  • Knows how to properly capture logs for every problem experienced in OPPO products.
  • Send a Quality Feedback Report regularly, especially for all replacement units and newly released model
  • Responsible for the protection of WCSM account by doing once or twice a week for the change of password.
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of all confidential information/Software info/ materials/tools etc.
  • Log in to the GKM system to learn about new products and new knowledge in order to provide technical support to the sales team.
  • Know basic troubleshooting of smartphones.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service center.
  • Safeguards service center contents by following security procedures and protocols.
  • Constantly sharing and participating in technical O-Elite Lv1 Certification before Regularization.
  • Assignment in Other Areas/ Sales/ Dealer/  Service Centers/  Reliever/ Roving.
  • Attends regular technical meetings/ training.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the immediate superior.
  • Can clearly communicate/explain with the client regarding technical concerns/inquiries.
  • Can follow standard OPPO SOP in repairing smartphones.
  • Can give tips in basic smartphone function and troubleshooting and give the best solution/ excellent repair quality.

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's/ College Degree/ Electronics 4 years Graduate
  • Knowledgeable in technical skills -Can assist the customer in smart phone problem, settings, software, apps and functions.
  • Can Diagnose and repair smart phone -Can communicate well with client, superior and coworkers
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Can pass the exam in O-Elite Lv1 before regularization
  • Knowledgeable in computer and Microsoft office application
