Treasury (UHC USSC UOSC)

  • Bank Related Transactions

  • Ensures collections are deposited timely

  • Forex Rate & Remittances for importation

  • Credit line renewal / bank loan monitoring/ bank account updating

  • Safekeep complete documents such as PN, Loan Agreements, Bank Statements, Bank certificates.

  • UHC-USSC-UOSC

  • Posting of Collections & other cash related entries (Per Week)

  • Weekly disbursement

  • Petty cash Custodian & Replenishment|

  • Safekeeping of Customers PDC Checks & UHC unreleased checks

  • Handles internal loan/ bank loans

  • Reconciles & monitors 2307 issued to Bank for paid interest expense

  • Documentation

  • Ensure All ORs/CRs are properly & correctly accomplished for BIR purpose.

    this includes all petty cash transactions

  • Other Tasks

  • Bank errands & coordination

  • Provides PCAB requirements

  • SEC files

Importation/Shipment Related Task (UHC USSC UOSC)

  • Importation

  • reviews and finalizes shipping documents for customs ( prior shipment)

  • checks and approves BOC taxes due
  • In-charge for ICC with DTI
  • import permit renewals ( UHC USSC)
  • importation bond requirements - protest letters
  • BPI – NPQSD requirements

  • maintains files for audit & record purposes - BOC assessments

  • GL functions -Recon of Shipment/Importation Cost per GL

  • Documentation -Prepares Summary and provide importation cost per shipment -Assist in for BIR for Importation Entry Documents and Summary (Reconciled in VAT Returns & VAT Relief) -Safekeep of all documents per shipmement
