Job Description:

Project Role: Purchasing Specialist

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa

Work setup: Hybrid (3times a week RTO)

Roles and responsibilities

· Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

· Approving invoices.

· Validating inventory receipts

· Creating working papers based on the billing invoice provided by the supplier.

· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.

· Generate monthly inventory reports and accruals

· Keep information confidential

· Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

· Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording

· Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation

· Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication

· Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines

· Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records

· Report any major errors or inconsistencies to the Team Leader

· Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

· Assist and support all the requirements of the Business Unit In-charge of the Project.

Qualifications:

Proven data entry work experience, as an Accounting Staff, Purchasing Staff.

Experience in 3-way matching process (goods receipt, invoice, PO)

Preferably with experience handling Navision Dynamics System

Knowledgeable in Inventory Control / Supply Management / PO Systems

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Basic understanding of databases

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skillsü  Great attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Graduate of any 4-year Business Course. Accountancy is a plus. Preferably with 2-4 years working experience
