What you'll do:

The Order Support/Purchasing Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Purchasing Team by managing purchase orders, stock transfers, and supplier coordination. This role ensures all purchasing activities are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless operations across the business.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Maintenance of purchase orders to ensure all open orders are correctly dated
  • Ensuring purchase orders have the correct status applied on Pronto
  • Raising interstate stock transfers
  • Managing supplier backorders and notifying internal staff members of update
  • Raising new range of sample orders and transfer
  • Completing ad hoc duties to support the function of the purchasing team

Successful candidates must have:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in any course.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Has strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work-Onsite
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
