Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner to create a positive first impression.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, messages, and resolve any visitor registration or access concerns.
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining updated directories.
- Receive deliveries, guide visitors to the appropriate personnel, and support communication during emergencies.
- Adhere to building policies and safety protocols, help manage crowd flow, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Tourism or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reception, administrative support, or office management (experience in residential, hotel, or commercial environments is a plus).
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while addressing customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Willing to render extended working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
