As an Accountant, you will manage daily financial transactions, prepare month-end reports, ensure accuracy in all reconciliations, and support audits. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet financial and operational goals.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience; prior experience with US-based clients/companies is a plus.
• Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly adept in using QuickBooks for payroll processing and expense categorization.
• Preferably with experience using Gusto Payroll service.
• Proactive and communicates effectively; listens and seeks clarification when needed.
• Adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively.
• High integrity and strong work ethics with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and great attention to detail.

Your Daily Tasks

• Process, analyze, reconcile, and report financial transactions and information in all accounts related to the debt and business of the company such as revenue, accounts receivable, and payable.
• Identify and investigate variances.
• Prepare regular monthly balance sheet reconciliation reports, supporting analysis, and schedules, and ensure resolution of open issues.
• Provide regular analysis of gross profit reports.
• Prepare month-end financial reports and schedules.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
• Provide support and documentation during internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and develop processes.
• Participate in strategic planning and fraud prevention if necessary.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
