Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a US-based financial services company. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 5–10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, with exposure to international or US-based processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting operations and financial processes.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • CPA qualification (mandatory).
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in financial services, audit, or multinational environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time (aligning with US Central Time).
  • Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid (On-site Mon–Thu, WFH Fri).
