About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Kalawaan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and distribution operations during the overnight hours, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse and logistics activities during the night shift, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, improve productivity, and maintain high levels of accuracy and safety
  • Manage and coordinate a team of night shift warehouse and logistics personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless hand-offs and continuity of operations
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on key performance metrics to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a night shift operations management role within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is desirable
