We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations—someone who can manage high-quality lead acquisition and ensure every lead is tracked, nurtured, and converted through to mortgage settlement.


Role Overview:

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to generate and nurture qualified leads for our mortgage partners. You'll manage the entire lead lifecycle—from initial inquiry through to settlement—ensuring data accuracy, conversion tracking, and reporting at every stage.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in performance marketing, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making in the fintech, proptech, or financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, affiliates, partnerships, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and offers.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.

Research and identification:

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and target audiences.
  • Research and compile lists of potential leads using databases, social media, and industry directories.
  • Use tools to verify and enrich lead information

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Confidently Initiate contact with prospects through various channels like cold calling, email, and social media to convert the leads to a sale.  Most leads are contacted via phone to authenticate the quality of the lead and then referred to a best suited broker. The initial conversation also aims to confirm full name, email addres sand contact number.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to assess their interest and potential.
  • Nurture leads by building relationships and providing ongoing engagement.
  • Answer calls on the new sales line and Lolli enquiry line.
  • Monitor Jovo Chat (online web chat) and reply to enquiries then monitor the lead to a sale.

Lead Tracking & Funnel Management

  • Track the full customer journey—from initial inquiry to mortgage settlement—through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects for follow-up by sales and mortgage teams.
  • Collaborate with mortgage advisors/brokers to ensure timely updates on lead progress and settlement outcomes.
  • Monitor new leads or enquires received in the enquiries email the categorize as  either ALIC or LOLLI.
  • Entering and tracking the leads into the marketing spreadsheet.
  • Delegate new leads to brokers on a rotation system or best suited broker basis. This involves checking the CRM to see if the lead is pre-existing, entering details to the CRM, creating a task for the broker/broker's EA to action, creating opportunity and launching client centre.
  • Tracking enquiries via task thru the CRM up to 4 times to convert the lead to a broker meeting

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate data capture and synchronization between fintech and mortgage systems (e.g., CRM, LOS, or third-party integrations).
  • Conduct regular audits of lead data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting lead source effectiveness, conversion performance, and revenue attribution.

Continuous Optimization

  • Analyze drop-off points in the lead funnel and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Test and refine lead nurturing workflows (email, SMS, retargeting).
  • Work with analytics and technology teams to automate reporting and improve lead tracking infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or CRM management—preferably in fintech, proptech, or mortgage industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of mortgage or home loan processes (inquiry → application → approval → settlement) is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
