Company Overview:
We are a growing outsourcing and business services company that helps clients streamline
operations and improve ROI through targeted solutions. We're looking for a driven and detail-
oriented Junior Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development team and
accelerate our sales pipeline. The target is small and medium size companies based in the
United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound research to identify qualified leads through tools such as LinkedIn,
- Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate contact and company information.
- Create and manage lead lists segmented by industry, region, and buyer persona.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to the sales team.
- Assist in outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to schedule discovery calls.
- Track outreach metrics and contribute to weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and
- messaging.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales support.
- Strong research skills using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with email automation platforms (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
