Acquisition/Partner Support

  • Source, identify, and engage potential truckers/carriers for KargaX onboarding.,
  • Conduct orientations, explain requirements, and assist in completing partner applications.,
  • Ensure compliance with KargaX accreditation standards (documents, vehicle readiness, IDs, etc.).,
  • Coordinate with HQ team for smooth activation of accounts.,
  • Track and report acquisition progress and challenges.,
  • Serve as the primary contact for accredited partners in Gensan.,
  • Provide guidance on dispatch process, documentation,
  • Monitor partner performance and compliance with safety and operational requirements.,
  • Handle partner concerns and escalate issues to HQ as needed.,
  • Support partner retention through continuous engagement and relationship building.
