This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Partner Account Manager:As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Channel partners. You will support and enable our channel partners in selling and fostering strategic relationships, delivering sales enablement, and ensuring partners have the resources they need, you will contribute to achieving mutual revenue and growth objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our Channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic direction and support.
  • Educate partners on RingCentral's UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, aligning on revenue targets, marketing initiatives, and training requirements.
  • Responsible for selling and managing a complete range of RingCentral products and services with RingCentral Channel Partners.
  • Drive partner adoption of RingCentral's sales tools, resources, and marketing assets to maximize engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities, providing hands-on support in the sales process.
  • Conduct joint customer calls, presentations, and demonstrations to secure new business.
  • Lead Qualification and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Negotiate pricing & agreements to win more deals
  • Deliver ongoing training programs to ensure partners have the technical knowledge and sales skills required to succeed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent are preferred but undergraduates with relevant work experience will be accommodated
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • 3 years of Sales Experience doing Outbound Sales and/or Inbound Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Channel, B2B sales or account management
  • Strong telemarketing, telesales, and/or hard-selling orientation
  • Strong personality is an advantage
  • Amenable to work night shifts
