
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective business planning and execution.
Core Responsibilities:- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to uncover new markets, business opportunities, and innovative solutions.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships; collaborate with stakeholders to secure partnerships that align with company goals.
- Developing Business Plans: Create development plans, sales targets, growth projections, and financial forecasts to drive company revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing and Supervising Strategy: Lead the execution of business development strategies; recommend improvements to products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Networking and Market Engagement: Identify opportunities through networking, meetings, and industry events such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure alignment in achieving business growth. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive overall business growth by boosting sales, expanding reach, and forming strategic partnerships.
- Revenue Projections: Prepare accurate sales projections and adjust strategies to market changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of market research, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
- Goal-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
