JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our team and to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office-related tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and smoothly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory
  • Organizing and filing physical and digital documents
  • Handling basic customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Preparing sales invoice

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persistent, and results-driven
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
