JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our team and to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office-related tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory
- Organizing and filing physical and digital documents
- Handling basic customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
- Preparing sales invoice
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident, persistent, and results-driven
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
