Signature Home Products Inc., the company behind Petking (pet products) and Perma (home care chemicals), is looking for passionate and driven Field Sales Agents to help grow our distribution network across various trade channels in the Philippines.

We are looking for individuals who can penetrate general merchandise, supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, and pharmacies for our home care and chemical lines such as air fresheners, gel fresheners, dishwashing liquids, fabric softeners, and furniture polish.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and approach potential new customers across pet shops, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, and retail stores.

  2. Present and promote Signature Home products, including Petking, Perma, and Signature Care lines.

  3. Secure orders and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

  4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, product visibility, and stock levels.

  5. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts and ensure consistent sell-through.

  6. Coordinate with the warehouse and accounting teams for delivery, payment collection, and follow-ups.

  7. Gather and provide market intelligence on pricing, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

  8. Work closely with the marketing team to execute trade promotions, sampling, and point-of-sale activations.

  9. Achieve assigned sales targets and submit weekly progress reports.

  10. Handle documentation related to sales orders, deliveries, and collections.

  11. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

· With sales experience preferred.

· Background in pet products, FMCG, or retail account management is an advantage.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Willing to perform regular fieldwork and store visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
