The Sales Field Trainer is responsible for developing, conducting, and monitoring training programs for field sales agents to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. This role focuses on enhancing sales performance, product knowledge, and compliance with operational policies while driving productivity and professionalism in field sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field-based training, coaching, and mentoring for new and existing sales agents to improve sales techniques and customer handling skills.

Ensure all sales representatives are knowledgeable about BillEase products, services, and processes.

Develop and implement training modules, orientation programs, and refresher sessions for field teams.

Perform on-site evaluations and ride-along sessions to assess agent performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the Sales, HR, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.

Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in field operations.

Prepare training reports and progress assessments for management review.

Support recruitment and onboarding activities by evaluating the readiness of new sales hires for field deployment.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in field sales, training, or supervisory roles (preferably in financing, lending, or fintech industries).

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and credit processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Must be willing to travel and work in field assignments.

Preferably with own motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle and a valid driver's license.
